access from wan doesn'ìt work

hi all
I'm using asus wl500gp with zadaco usb modem.

Why I'm not able to connect to router web console or to ping the router from internet?

Of course "Enable Web Access from WAN?" option is enabled and the same for "Respond Ping Request from WAN?"
